Lots to choose from. Tons of specials too. Eggs came.out cooked exactly as I ordered. Food was hot and tasted great. Had an omelette with hash browns. Crispy on the outside. Coffee was just right and the staff made it endless. Will go again

Great food, very friendly. Amber is the best!!! She sees us walking in the door and coffee is on the way. She makes it a Friday AM we look forward to.

Our first time here.Awesome frittata style omelette, very attentive & friendly staff.The only problem is that my hash browns were under cooked and soggy. I wished that they weren't on my plate.

Not a bad breakfast spot and the kind of place where the wait staff knows your order the second you sit down. Can get really crazy and sometimes disorganized during the weekend rush, but that's to be expected for any breakfast diner.

Patty's is an outstanding restaurant, that I've enjoyed twice. Breakfast is what breakfast should be, an arsenal of choices made to each individuals personal needs. Service is friendly and the price is wright!With a surprising menu that is far from boring and ordinary. The food is cooked and flavored at a top notch level that with keep you and family coming back for more!

I got the Patty's Hunter's Breakfat, and my son got some apple French toast something or other. The food was amazing, we both loved it. The staff was very friendly, it was a quaint and homey atmosphere, and I had zero complaints about anything. Very large portions, just how I like it.

Food is good, service was great. However I can’t give a restaurant more than two stars that does not take American Express, don’t make your customers suffer because you choose not to pay the fees.

Busy breakfast place. Food is reputed to be good and everyone enjoyed their meal. My order was overlooked and then inadequate, but it can happen occasionally. Will definitely go back, as the menu is extensive and everything looked good!

Good omlettes and juice. The only negative is the hash browns, which are a rectangular patty smashed extra thin and cooked to a crisp. I prefer my hash browns to be moist and soft inside with crispness on the outside only.

The entire wait staff here is fantastic. The waitress we had today (I'm not sure her name) always gives great service, and I noticed several instances of her going above and beyond to serve customers, boxing up to-go boxes, keeping coffee refilled, and having the perfect balance of being attentive without being annoying or over bearing.Overall the prices at Patty's seem high for breakfast foods, but the ownership does such a good job staffing the restaurant it's worth the cost.I've lived in Mukilteo for 6 years, and this will continue to be my favorite local spot.

This spot knows how to please their customers. Regularly with a super nice mindset. The food is fairly priced, constantly delightful and neat.

They took really good care of our family - 8 adults, one toddler. Service was fast and friendly. Food was terrific! Everyone enjoyed what they ordered as well what was shared.

Me and my family eat breakfast here Once every two weeks on the weekend. Every time we come here we are treated with respect. food taste really good.

Holy cow! This is breakfast? It's so much better than just breakfast. Check it out. I had Elvis peanut butter and banana french toast....elevated to the next level. Careful how much you order...you get a large plate of food. I also had loaded hash browns which were done quite well. It could have fed three people....but I (muscled?) through😊

Overall, it felt like standard breakfast fare and somewhat bland.I think a lot of people go to it mainly for hype, but quite frankly, left me disappointed.

I ordered biscuits and Gravy and could not eat them. Gravy was very paste like. Hashbrown were extremely greasy. I was sick for several hours. We will not go back.

All out breakfast joint with a vast array of choices. Local chain. Friendly staff. Portions over the top. Mulkiteo rocks!!

Great place for a nice breakfast, the service was fast the staff was friendly and the surrounding area is really nice. THE FOOD - Def. Has a good home made taste to it which is always nice when looking for breakfast. Downfall - Its a little pricy, worth it? yes, but they could come down a little on the pricing. Coffee was 3 bucks which is high also. Parking is tight here so I wouldn't bring a 4 door long bed or a trailer here but there are plenty of spots for cars and trucks to park. Overall 5 stars for food quality and friendly staff, 4 stars for price. We will be back.!

This meal hit the spot! Patty's Eggnest always nails it when it comes to service and uniqueness of rotating menu items. Today, we had the Fresh Strawberry Waffle with devonshire cream, California Egg Benedict served on substituted crispy hashbrowns and bacon, and a cinnamon roll. All items were freshly made and taste amazing. Highly recommend trying or bringing out-of-town guests to this location!

Amazing breakfast place! This particular location is great. Friendly staff and owner, and food is always fresh and delicious. Huge portions always leave me full (usually I will take half home for later). I do t think there’s anything bad on the menu. I usually get a scramble and make sure to ask for raspberry jam with my toast. Their French toast is also amazing and rich, and the lunch items are fresh and tasty too. I recommend the hot turkey sandwich or the oriental chicken salad. This place won’t let you down!
